Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies aligned with company growth targets
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes for executive, technical, and clinical roles
- Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and plan talent pipelines
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance market visibility
- Optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring regulations
- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in hiring practices
- Mentor and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators
- Evaluate sourcing channels for effectiveness and cost-efficiency
- Design onboarding frameworks to improve new hire integration
- Lead global hiring initiatives for international roles
- Align talent acquisition goals with business unit objectives
- Implement data-driven improvements to recruitment workflows
- Promote candidate experience excellence at all touchpoints
- Conduct labor market analysis to inform hiring decisions
- Support executive search efforts in collaboration with senior leaders
- Establish talent assessment standards and interview best practices
- Manage recruitment budgets and vendor contracts
- Lead hiring for urgent or critical workforce gaps
- Foster internal mobility and talent development programs
- Evaluate recruitment technology tools for adoption
- Ensure alignment between HR and business strategy
- Drive initiatives to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire

Compensation
$150,000 - $180,000 per year
