As Head of Talent, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles across engineering, design, and business functions. This role is central to shaping the company’s growth by identifying and attracting top-tier technical and product talent, particularly in machine learning, infrastructure, and product development.
Talent Strategy & Brand
You’ll define the hiring bar and craft a compelling employer narrative that resonates with elite builders. Your work will position the company as the destination for engineers and designers who value technical excellence and first-principles thinking in redefining CRM.
Recruitment Systems
You’ll build a sourcing engine from the ground up—leveraging outbound strategies, employee referrals, community outreach, and events. Your approach will be data-informed and repeatable, ensuring consistent pipeline quality even in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Process & Experience
You’ll design and refine hiring workflows, integrating ATS and communication tools to maintain rigor and responsiveness. Every candidate, whether hired or not, should walk away with a clear impression of respect and efficiency.
Leadership & Collaboration
You’ll partner closely with the CEO and hiring managers to calibrate on roles, improve interview practices, and close strong candidates. Weekly insights into funnel performance and hiring velocity will inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with deep experience hiring for technical roles in early-stage startups
- Track record of closing senior and staff-level engineers in competitive markets
- Experience building or transforming recruiting infrastructure in low-overhead environments
- Strong technical fluency in modern ML and software stacks to assess candidate quality
- Independent and decisive—able to operate autonomously and adapt quickly
