Sully.ai is hiring a Head of Success to build and scale our global Success organization from the ground up. You will own retention, expansion, scope, and trust with healthcare providers, directly shaping how clinicians rely on AI in daily care.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead Sully's Success organization, including customer success, onboarding, and solutions.
- Own retention and expansion metrics with direct accountability.
- Design and execute playbooks for enterprise healthcare customers.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow an early Success team.
- Implement systems, processes, and metrics to track NRR, churn, and customer health.
- Partner with Product and Sales to translate customer insight into growth.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in Success or post-sales leadership.
- Proven track record of owning $20M+ ARR in retention and expansion.
- Experience building a Success org from scratch (0→1) and scaling to dozens of accounts.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS models.
- Hands-on operator with strong process and metrics discipline.
- Excellent communicator with executive presence for enterprise customers.
- Thrives in high-ambiguity, hyper-growth environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience at an early-stage startup.
- Healthcare or AI experience.
Team & Environment
You will be the first member of the Success team, reporting directly to the COO. We don’t care about titles, we care about execution.
