Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow the distribution network and strengthen market presence across the Middle East
- Evaluate market dynamics, competitive actions, and customer requirements to uncover new business prospects
- Establish and nurture relationships with key distribution partners and regional stakeholders
- Work with internal teams across functions to ensure effective rollout of sales strategies and product introductions
- Track sales outcomes and deliver performance analysis with actionable recommendations for improvement
- Lead negotiations and oversee agreements with distributors and major accounts
- Ensure all sales operations adhere to local regulations and organizational policies
- Serve as company representative at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to boost brand recognition and capture leads
