Responsibilities
- Lead sales and revenue expansion within designated regions by structuring, negotiating, and finalizing high-value contracts valued between $5 million and $50 million or more with defense departments, intelligence bodies, and national security entities.
- Utilize established connections with senior government figures, legislative leaders, defense committees, and security stakeholders to create access and position the company for key opportunities.
- Design and implement partnership models, strategic agreements, and contractual frameworks that align technological capabilities with government defense and security priorities, including long-term programs and international collaborations.
- Act as a senior-level advisor to government leaders, including ministers, assistant secretaries, committee directors, and senior executive service officials, demonstrating how predictive intelligence solutions address critical national security needs.
- Analyze political climates, defense strategies, threat assessments, and budget conditions in assigned territories to identify strategic opportunities and develop targeted market entry approaches.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to shape organizational strategy, refine product alignment for government sectors, and represent the company in high-level negotiations and policy engagements.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, legal, finance, and customer success teams to ensure deal feasibility, compliance, and successful delivery from contract signing through implementation.
- Participate in a structured one-year mentorship under the CEO and executive leadership, gaining expertise in business development, deal architecture, technology positioning, and commercial operations while delivering immediate strategic impact.
- Provide consistent reporting on sales pipeline development, deal progression, relationship growth, and market trends, with clear insights into revenue projections and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the organization at defense summits, bilateral discussions, legislative sessions, parliamentary reviews, security forums, and industry events relevant to the assigned geographic region.

- Extensive travel required: 50%+ of time, including regular travel to Palo Alto, CA headquarters.
- Security clearance eligibility required: Must have citizenship or permanent residency in the country of assignment and be able to obtain necessary security clearances.
