SynaptiCure Inc. is seeking a Head of Strategic Engagement to define and execute our partnership and external relationship strategy. You will be responsible for identifying key growth opportunities and forging alliances that advance the company’s strategic vision.

What You'll Do

Develop and own the overarching strategic engagement roadmap.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value partnership opportunities.
Lead complex negotiations and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key external stakeholders.
Align cross-functional internal teams around partnership execution and integration.
Establish metrics and reporting to measure the impact of strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-year strategic partnerships.
Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Ability to operate independently and influence without direct authority.
