About the Role
This role is responsible for building and managing key alliances that accelerate business objectives, aligning partner goals with internal strategy, and scaling partnership programs across markets.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a global strategic partnerships roadmap
- Identify and engage potential alliance partners in key industries
- Negotiate and close long-term partnership agreements
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align integration roadmaps
- Drive revenue growth through co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics of existing alliances
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute partnership plans
- Represent the organization in high-level partner discussions
- Develop frameworks for measuring partnership success
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape and market trends
- Coordinate legal and compliance reviews for partnership agreements
- Manage partner onboarding and relationship lifecycle
- Advocate for partner needs internally
- Support investor and board communications related to alliances
- Ensure alignment between partnership goals and company strategy
- Resolve conflicts or misalignments between partners and internal teams
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership
- Scale operational processes for growing alliance network
- Foster trust and transparency with external partners
- Evaluate new partnership opportunities for scalability and fit

- Experience in cloud infrastructure or developer tools sectors
- Prior leadership role in a remote-first organization
- Existing network in enterprise technology ecosystems

- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience working with API-first platforms

- Background in technical sales or partner engineering
- Public speaking or conference presentation experience
