Responsibilities
- Manage key relationships with top-tier enterprise clients, acting as the main liaison for executive-level contacts
- Accelerate revenue growth by meeting product rollout targets and uncovering opportunities to expand usage, product adoption, and transaction scale
- Lead contract renewals and upsell discussions, including pricing strategy and terms, in coordination with Sales and Customer Success leaders
- Conduct regular check-ins and business performance reviews to monitor progress, identify risks, and align on measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to solve high-complexity client issues and fulfill delivery promises
- Convert client feedback and market trends into practical recommendations for product development and sales strategies
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans that align client goals with platform capabilities to drive deeper integration and revenue
- Advocate for strategic clients within the organization, balancing their needs with business objectives
- Travel frequently to engage clients, strengthen partnerships, and participate in major industry gatherings
