Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee CRM strategy across 50+ sports-related projects.
- Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing CRM team.
- Define and implement CRM best practices to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor CRM performance, set KPIs, and ensure continuous optimization across all sports verticals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Head / Lead-level CRM or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in the Sports industry or sports-related digital products.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
