What You'll Do
Partner directly with the CEO to tackle the company’s most critical challenges, from entering new markets to refining core operations. You’ll lead initiatives that span departments, turning ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans.
- Guide international expansion from strategy to execution—evaluating markets, navigating regulations, and setting up operations on the ground
- Step into any team, assess how work gets done, and identify structural bottlenecks that hinder progress
- Design and implement scalable systems that allow the organization to grow without losing momentum
- Deliver rigorous, data-backed insights to shape decisions on market size, competition, and performance
- Drive early-stage innovation by identifying new business opportunities and advancing them from concept to reality
- Integrate AI and automation into manual or instinct-driven workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Support leadership in strategic planning, goal alignment, and measuring organizational performance
Requirements
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, product, revenue operations, or consulting, including at least two years in a high-growth startup environment where speed and adaptability were essential.
- You’re analytically rigorous—comfortable diving into data to uncover insights and form clear recommendations
- You’ve delivered projects with measurable outcomes, moving ideas from concept to implementation
- You can distill complexity into clear, persuasive communication for diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with low-code or no-code platforms
- Background operating across multiple countries or regulatory environments
- Product development experience with a focus on customer experience and growth
