Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales
- Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets
- Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and priorities
- Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth

Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Proven B2B/B2C sales experience is required
- Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory
- Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Inflow, or similar)
- Experience in building a sales department from the ground up
- Digitally savvy: strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast
- Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and team collaboration
- Results-driven, accountable, and effective in managing change
