Crystalia Glass LLC is hiring a Head of Sales to establish and lead a new Sales Department for the US market. This strategic role requires developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, coaching a team, and collaborating with senior management to drive significant growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals, prioritizing key market segments to increase sales.
- Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; report findings to senior management.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and set goals to ensure targets are exceeded.
- Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring alignment with company values and priorities.
- Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven B2B/B2C sales experience.
- Fluent English (C1–C2).
- Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Inflow).
- Experience building a sales department from the ground up.
- Digitally savvy with strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast.
- Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities and team collaboration.
- Results-driven, accountable, and effective in managing change.
