The Head of Sales Strategy & Operations for ANZ will lead the strategy and execution engine for DoorDash's sales organization across all verticals and segments. This role is central to shaping and scaling the commercial approach in a high-growth, dynamic market environment.
What You'll Do
- Own the ANZ sales strategy across all verticals and segments, translating market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and merchant insights into actionable plans
- Design commercial go-to-market motions including packaging, bundling, pricing strategy, and channel optimization across diverse business lines and merchant types
- Build sales forecasting and incentive frameworks that align team behavior with strategic priorities and enable leadership to make informed investment decisions
- Drive impact measurement across sales initiatives, building the analytical infrastructure to understand what's working, quantify incrementality, and scale what drives results
- Build and lead a high-performing team, coaching and developing strategy and operations talent while fostering a culture of ownership, analytical rigor, and cross-functional partnership
- Accelerate productivity through AI, identifying and deploying AI-powered workflows, rep enablement tools, and process automation that make the sales org faster and smarter
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, revenue operations, or management consulting
- Proven track record of building and executing go-to-market plans across multiple business lines
- Deeply analytical with ability to build models to size opportunities, forecast growth, design incentive structures, and evaluate economics of strategic initiatives
- Experience with AI-driven sales tooling and excitement about applying AI to transform sales motions, targeting, and rep productivity
- Operated in a challenger or high-growth environment with experience competing for share, managing complex commercial motions, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Proven people leader with experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing strategy and operations teams
- Ability to communicate with clarity and influence senior leaders using data, narrative, and strong point of view
