Jobgether is hiring a Head of Sales to lead a high-performing organization and drive revenue growth in a dynamic, global environment. You will develop and execute strategic plans, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across multiple regions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the sales team in designing and executing strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Evaluate market opportunities and potential business partnerships to drive growth.
- Represent the organization in negotiations, contract finalizations, and strategic discussions.
- Analyze past and present sales data to make informed predictions and recommendations for future growth.
- Report outcomes, forecasts, and recommended actions to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that align with company objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including B2B software/technology sales to corporate executives.
- Proven experience in product demonstrations and presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- MBA or relevant degree.
- Experience working with listed companies or in the BFSI sector.
- Familiarity with board management solutions and international markets.
