What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members, providing clear guidance and measurable KPIs to track success.
- Design and implement sales strategies, business plans, and initiatives to drive revenue and strengthen market positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing and senior leadership to align messaging, pitches, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and forecasts, providing actionable insights to management.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience.
- At least 2+ years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing end-to-end sales strategies and processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and train teams.
- Comfortable with frequent travel, client visits, and participation in industry seminars.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, adapt strategies, and continuously improve results.
