Spreedly is seeking a Director, Publisher Sales to lead and expand our strategic publisher partnerships. In this high-growth digital advertising environment, you will be responsible for driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and developing innovative sales strategies to grow our network.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the publisher network.
- Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with enterprise-level publishers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on client communications, product offerings, and sales objectives.
- Consistently exceed sales targets and performance KPIs while maintaining accurate account and opportunity plans.
- Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline to ensure predictable growth.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in publisher sales with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated experience working with technology platforms in a B2B environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup or high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
