Remote Recruitment is hiring an Academic Manager to shape the educational experience at a prestigious all-girls international school in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for leading the academic strategy and upholding the highest standards of teaching and learning within a dynamic environment dedicated to empowering young women.
What You'll Do
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with international academic standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support the academic teaching team across various departments.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to enhance academic outcomes.
- Conduct regular teacher evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on school improvement plans and academic policies.
- Ensure compliance with national education regulations and school accreditation requirements.
- Organise and lead staff training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative culture focused on excellence in teaching and learning.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
- At least 2 years in an academic leadership role.
- Strong understanding of international curricula (British, IB, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and academic administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, female-led environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- Reliable internet access and a laptop required for communication and planning prior to relocation.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
