Spreedly is looking for a Senior Manager, Organizational Alignment to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive operational clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes. You will serve as a strategic integrator across functions, designing scalable processes and embedding change strategies to enhance organizational performance within our inclusive, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise-level, cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable outcomes.
- Design, implement, and institutionalize scalable processes, workflows, and playbooks to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
- Develop dashboards, frameworks, and governance models to monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and optimize outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic communication and change management initiatives, ensuring transparency and engagement.
- Identify systemic inefficiencies and propose high-impact improvements informed by data-driven insights.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, project execution, and performance enablement.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives, preferably in complex, member-driven, or enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in organizational change management, process optimization, or enterprise strategy execution.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and navigating multi-level, matrixed organizations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs and translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
- Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-directed, and tech-savvy, with the ability to adopt, troubleshoot, and implement new tools and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
