About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Vice President, Wholesale to lead the growth and strategy of our fast-scaling apparel wholesale channel. In this senior leadership role, you will shape and execute a high-impact wholesale strategy across North America, focusing on the U.S. market. You will act as both strategist and operator, leading sales, account management, and distribution partnerships to maximize revenue growth and brand presence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own a comprehensive wholesale growth strategy to expand presence with leading U.S. and Canadian retail partners, specialty stores, and online platforms.
  • Leverage existing relationships and build new connections with key buyers and executives to secure high-value partnerships.
  • Drive double-digit revenue growth through account acquisition, assortment planning, and co-marketing initiatives, while safeguarding brand integrity.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a small but high-performing wholesale team, ensuring sales targets and partnership goals are achieved.
  • Oversee negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional agreements that strengthen both sales and margins.
  • Monitor sell-through performance, inventory health, and account profitability to adjust strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Manage and grow distributor relationships, aligning them with brand vision, operational standards, and revenue objectives.
  • Partner with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery, accurate forecasting, and effective market execution.
  • Analyze trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to shape assortments and inform channel strategies.
  • Establish scalable systems, processes, and best practices to sustain and grow an eight-figure wholesale business.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of wholesale leadership experience.
  • Proven success in scaling an eight-figure wholesale business within the U.S. market.
  • Strong network and established relationships with major U.S. retailers and specialty partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sustained revenue growth while managing profitability and operational excellence.
  • Mastery of wholesale sales cycles, account management, contract negotiation, and distributor management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and guiding small, high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute tactically in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
