Jobgether is looking for a Head of Sales - North America to lead and scale our North American sales organization. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple client segments and products, managing a high-performing team, and developing strategies to expand our market share.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and grow the North American sales team, acting as a player-coach to motivate and inspire peak performance.
- Drive revenue growth across enterprise, agency, and direct client segments, meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Develop annual and monthly revenue forecasts, and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Own relationships with top-tier clients and prospects, negotiating deals and expanding long-term partnerships.
- Implement best-in-class sales processes and tools for pipeline management, lead generation, demos, and client engagement.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to launch new offerings, develop revenue streams, and optimize campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, building brand awareness.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize sales strategies based on data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams and bringing new products to market.
- Demonstrated ability to win new business from major enterprises, including competing against established industry incumbents.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of leading by example while motivating and coaching a team.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and strategic planning skills to manage client campaigns and sales performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport internally and externally.
- Continuous improvement mindset, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
Nice to Have
- Experience in selling to Talent Management, HR, or Recruiters.
- Experience working for challenger brands or with global businesses across multiple time zones.
- Knowledge of programmatic ad buying.
