dormakaba USA is hiring a Head of Sales Enablement & Market Strategy for North America, based in Indianapolis, IN. This leader is responsible for driving alignment, effectiveness, and growth across the region's commercial organization. You will ensure sales teams operate with consistent methodologies and data-driven insights while delivering actionable market intelligence to inform strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead market intelligence for North America, analyzing industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform commercial strategy.
- Drive commercialization and product launch readiness, developing playbooks, field enablement materials, and go-to-market plans.
- Own the North America sales enablement strategy, establishing consistent sales methodologies, tools, and training.
- Support strategic growth planning by translating market insights and organizational priorities into actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance on pricing strategy to drive pricing excellence and margin optimization.
- Strengthen commercial operations through Salesforce CRM, improving lead management, pipeline visibility, and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
- 10+ years of experience spanning Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Strategy.
- Previous experience leading a sales team or achieving sales targets.
- Proven end-to-end Salesforce expertise to drive sales processes, reporting, and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in defining and leading pricing strategy, optimizing margins, and recommending sales compensation approaches.
- Proven experience shaping and implementing go-to-market strategies and commercializing new products.
Nice to Have
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
- Security access control industry or related industry experience.
