About the Role

Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to scale a B2B SaaS business globally, managing teams and aligning with executive leadership to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product teams to align roadmap with customer needs
  • Lead pricing and packaging strategy for SaaS offerings
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track team performance
  • Manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Oversee partner and channel sales development
  • Lead sales enablement and training programs
  • Develop content strategies to support lead generation
  • Drive account-based marketing initiatives
  • Expand market presence in key verticals
  • Manage agency relationships and external vendors
  • Optimize lead-to-customer conversion funnels
  • Ensure alignment between marketing output and sales needs
  • Lead international expansion efforts where applicable
