Head of Sales and Marketing (B2B SaaS) Remote This role is part of one of our growing technology brands. Profile Overview We're seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to drive comprehensive commercial activities across our brand. You'll take complete ownership of our growth mechanism from initial customer acquisition through conversion, retention, and revenue expansion. You'll construct, scale, and optimize both Marketing and Sales functions, collaborating closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Your mission involves refining market positioning, accelerating pipeline generation, strengthening sales strategies, and ensuring sustainable, profitable brand growth. This represents a distinctive opportunity to enter a profitable, product-driven technology company with robust foundations and significant scaling potential. Your immediate impact in the first 3–6 months will be: - Develop a refreshed go-to-market strategy encompassing positioning, ideal customer profile, messaging, funnel metrics, and prioritized growth initiatives - Define and implement a contemporary Sales process across the entire customer journey: lead qualification, demonstration procedures, objection management, pipeline forecasting, and closing techniques - Conduct a comprehensive Marketing performance evaluation and implement improvements across acquisition channels (paid, SEO, content, email, partnerships) - Identify highest-impact growth levers and execute 2-3 key initiatives driving measurable revenue increase within 180 days Your responsibilities - Manage complete Sales & Marketing strategy and execution across acquisition, activation, closing, retention, and expansion - Generate sustainable pipeline through multi-channel marketing (content, SEO, paid, email, sales-assisted growth, partnerships) - Implement transparent, metrics-driven sales approach including forecasting, qualification, demo excellence, deal review, and performance management - Analyze funnel data, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize conversion across each stage - Own pricing & packaging experiments, evaluating new plans, discounting frameworks, and expansion opportunities - Collaborate with central Marketing Team to exchange best practices, benchmark performance, and leverage shared expertise What You bring to the table - 7–10+ years of commercial experience in B2B technology, with substantial exposure to Sales and Marketing - Proven track record scaling revenue engines in SMB or mid-market environments - Deep understanding of key performance metrics: ARR/MRR, CAC, LTV, NDR/GDR, pipeline conversion, churn, and payback periods - Strong command of modern Marketing channels and Sales motions - Analytical and data-driven approach to diagnosing funnel performance - Experience building and leading small, highly effective commercial teams - Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills - Fluency in English AND French - Comfortable in fully remote environment with high autonomy - Salesforce knowledge preferred What's in it for You - Ultimate flexibility: 100% remote work - High-trust team environment with problem-solving autonomy - Minimal bureaucracy and efficient processes - Collaborative and supportive team culture - Professional network for knowledge exchange - Flexible time off policy Our Organization We are a dynamic, globally distributed team specializing in accelerating promising technology ventures.
