Responsibilities
- Build out our sales function and team.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential brands who would thrive on YouTube, and pitch them with confidence and clarity.
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, bringing in new business and hitting revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor a team to support top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
- Learn and live Snowball's unique approach to YouTube, and clearly communicate that value to prospects.
- Build genuine relationships with potential clients, deeply understanding their goals and how Snowball can drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with our leadership and strategy teams to shape winning proposals and close deals.
Requirements
- You have 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles, and have owned the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
- You're a persuasive closer with strong outbound instincts and a proactive, hustle-driven mindset.
- You've built out a sales function and team.
- You're a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, and sell it.
- You have a deep passion for YouTube, digital content, and the future of media.
