Snowball is hiring a Head of Sales

Responsibilities

  • Build out our sales function and team.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential brands who would thrive on YouTube, and pitch them with confidence and clarity.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, bringing in new business and hitting revenue targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team to support top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
  • Learn and live Snowball's unique approach to YouTube, and clearly communicate that value to prospects.
  • Build genuine relationships with potential clients, deeply understanding their goals and how Snowball can drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with our leadership and strategy teams to shape winning proposals and close deals.

Requirements

  • You have 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles, and have owned the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
  • You're a persuasive closer with strong outbound instincts and a proactive, hustle-driven mindset.
  • You've built out a sales function and team.
  • You're a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, and sell it.
  • You have a deep passion for YouTube, digital content, and the future of media.

Nice to Have

  • Skills in Figma, Photoshop, or design tools.
