Attindas-SP carreras is looking for a Head of Retail to lead and develop the company's commercial strategy in the retail channel across Iberia. You will be responsible for all commercial activity in supermarkets, hypermarkets, and drugstores, managing both Attindas' own brands and retailer brands produced by Attindas in Spain. Your leadership will drive sustainable business growth, profitability, and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute Iberia's retail commercial strategy for both own and retailer brands
- Lead and develop the sales team of 8-10 people
- Lead and develop the retail marketing team of 3 people
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a similar field
Nice to Have
- MBA or postgraduate training in Sales Management
Team & Environment
You will lead both the sales team of 8-10 HC and the retail marketing team of 3 HC.
Work Mode
This is a local-country role based in Iberia.
