Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the long-term strategic roadmap for hydraulics platforms and product offerings.
- Determine the ideal product mix based on market demand and targeted profit margins.
- Lead efforts to streamline and expand the product portfolio to enhance profitability and competitive positioning.
- Convert market and customer insights into executable portfolio strategies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to align sourcing strategies with growth goals.
- Develop targeted go-to-market strategies tailored to specific customer segments for hydraulics platforms.
- Assist in shaping pricing models, product positioning, and value messaging.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure coordinated market execution and readiness.
- Ensure manufacturing capacity and capabilities are aligned with forecasted demand and growth priorities.
- Support planning for capital investments and the development of business cases.
- Identify systemic barriers to growth and propose effective solutions.
- Act as the central strategic link across Product Management, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Lead cross-functional teams in growth initiatives and governance processes.
- Deliver data-backed insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Define and track key performance indicators for platform growth, product mix, and profitability.
- Lead recurring business performance reviews focused on hydraulics growth outcomes.
- Promote continuous improvement in strategic planning and execution alignment.
