As Head of Product Management, you will define the strategic direction for a portfolio of deep-tech B2B solutions used in industrial inspection. Your leadership will shape how products are developed, ensuring they meet real-world customer needs through rigorous discovery and data-informed decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Establish and refine product development practices grounded in continuous learning, user research, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and UI/UX designers, supporting their professional development and ensuring strong team structure and performance.
- Foster a collaborative, low-ego culture where decisions are driven by evidence and shared understanding.
- Drive commercial results by aligning product goals with business metrics and market opportunities.
- Engage directly with customers and technical teams to gather insights, test solutions, and refine offerings.
- Ensure seamless coordination between engineering, sales, and support functions, defining clear ways of working across departments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain a smooth workflow for product initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in product management, with a history of scaling B2B deep-tech products to multi-million-dollar revenue.
- Proven experience leading product discovery, requirement definition, and cross-functional collaboration.
- At least 3 years managing people, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to build product frameworks, implement analytics, and instill modern methodologies.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
- Fluency in English required for global communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in hardware-software integrated products is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of French is an advantage.
