Circle is seeking a Head of Product, Discover to build a discovery marketplace and recommendation engine for the creator economy. Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside the founders, you will lead the team creating a social media-meets-marketplace product aimed at helping people achieve their goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of engineers and designers to build a social media-meets-marketplace product for the creator economy.
- Partner closely with Circle’s CEO and co-founders to execute on a vision for the creator economy.
- Define and own outcomes on a multi-year product roadmap.
- Obsess over the craft and quality of a recommendations engine to help consumers find what they’re looking for.
- Make fast, quality data-driven decisions to bring the app to product/market fit.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience as a hands-on product manager for a successful consumer app.
- 1+ year of experience with curated feeds and AI recommendation engines.
- A deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the world of consumer apps.
- The zeal to learn fast and grow in a highly dynamic, evolving opportunity landscape.
- Strong alignment with our values.
- Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
