Responsibilities
- Integrate AI as the foundational intelligence layer across the platform, not just as add-on features.
- Understand and implement AI-native products, focusing on agent-driven workflows and new interaction models.
- Formulate key product questions to guide UX and Engineering decisions.
- Develop a clear vision for autonomous systems as products, beyond just technology.
- Translate complex AI interactions, context management, and conflict resolution into actionable building blocks and measurable outcomes.
- Define the AI-first experience for both sellers and buyers on the platform.
- Lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
- Establish a product culture that is opinionated, user-focused, and data-driven, enhancing decision-making processes.
Requirements
- 7-10 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven success in launching AI-powered products, defining the AI product strategy.
- Deep understanding of agentic AI, autonomous systems, or multi-agent frameworks from a product perspective.
- Ability to translate a complex product vision into a clear roadmap and drive execution across teams.
- Strong leadership skills across Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-native product design, including agent-driven workflows and new interaction models.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-sided experience products, such as community platforms or learning environments.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, ideally in creator economy, edtech, e-commerce, or B2B2C.
- Familiarity with LLM protocols, tool-use patterns, and their implications for product design.
- Understanding of monetization, subscription logic, and revenue optimization from a product perspective.
