Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing advertising accounts on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon
- Apply urgent optimizations to improve profitability and clean up underperforming account elements
- Design and deploy a revised account architecture, creative direction, and bidding methodology with demonstrated ROAS improvement
- Develop a phased 30/60/90-day plan to scale monthly ad spend to $1.5–2 million while maintaining profitability
- Initiate recruitment for the first specialized platform manager, either for Amazon or Meta
- Assume full accountability for the paid acquisition profit and loss statement
- Directly manage the majority of advertising spend until dedicated buyers are onboarded
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise a team of 2 to 3 senior platform specialists as budget expands
- Achieve or exceed monthly profit goals, with compensation linked to incremental profit gains
- Partner with executive leadership to uncover growth opportunities, creative testing avenues, and areas for efficiency improvements
