EX Squared is seeking a Head of People to lead all aspects of human resources for the company. You will serve as the strategic partner to leadership, building and executing people initiatives that support our business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive people strategies.
- Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Design and implement programs for employee engagement, performance management, and compensation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with company leadership to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading the HR function for a company as its senior-most people leader.
- Deep expertise in all core HR disciplines, including talent management, compensation, and employment law.
- Strong strategic and business partnership skills with the ability to translate business needs into people programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located and authorized to work in North Carolina.
