EX Squared is hiring a remote Engagement Manager to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for key client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and driving long-term value.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage key client relationships and strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute engagement plans to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal delivery teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring clear communication of scope, timelines, and budget.
- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding service offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing complex client engagements, ideally in a consulting or digital services environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, scope, and contracts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and solve problems proactively.
- Fluent English and German language skills.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position based in Germany. You will work with a distributed team and clients.
