At Real Chemistry / 21GRAMS, the Senior Project Manager is a pivotal role responsible for leading complex, integrated initiatives across channels and providing day-to-day leadership for the project team. You will balance hands-on delivery with mentoring and process stewardship.
What You'll Do
- Lead execution of integrated campaigns that span digital, print, events, and video.
- Develop detailed Gantts and critical paths across multiple deliverables and vendors.
- Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and manage change control to protect scope, timing, and margin.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers and Coordinators. Model best practices and documentation hygiene.
- Partner with Account to align execution to strategy and client expectations.
- Own forecasting inputs and invoice readiness in collaboration with Finance.
- Oversee approximately 5 million dollars in revenue.
- Provide administrative involvement in new business and shadowing scoping.
- Own staff plan rollup inputs and updates. Plan and communicate resourcing needs.
- Develop brand Gantts and coordinate sequencing across workstreams.
- Participate actively in client communications for delivery topics.
- Own vendor relationships for assigned brands.
- Manage team best practices, process reference documents, and onboarding tools.
- Shadow leadership to gain foundational management skills.
- Own day-to-day task management within Workfront and Teams.
- Ensure program compliance across all teams on the brand.
- Think strategically at the brand level. Identify overlaps and staggering opportunities.
- Drive process improvements and QA across deliverables.
- Create scopes and change orders. Review estimates.
- Analyze brand-level finances, forecast, and support invoicing. Speak to finances with clients.
- Build morale. Investigate and analyze issues. Gather the right collaborators.
What We're Looking For
- Expert knowledge of digital and print production workflows.
- Strong skills in scoping, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- 5 or more years of project management experience in healthcare communications.
- Prior mentoring or supervisory experience.
- You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow.
- You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
- You are a highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role with locations in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, San Francisco, or Remote within the US.
