EX Squared is hiring a Manager - Program Management to own the operational excellence and strategic direction of our program delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping project management methodologies and leading a team to ensure successful outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of project and program managers
- Establish and refine program management frameworks and governance
- Oversee portfolio-level planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and tools
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to align programs with business goals
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with 3+ years in a direct people leadership role
- Proven track record of managing complex programs from initiation to delivery
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for portfolio reporting and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
