Real Chemistry / 21GRAMS is hiring an Associate Director, Project Management to oversee delivery across a portfolio of brands and serve as deputy to the Director. This leader manages project managers, sets delivery plans, and drives consistent process use and quality.

What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor project management staff, balancing workloads and priorities.
• Oversee timelines, scopes, budgets, and risk plans across multiple accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resourcing with discipline leads and recruitment.
• Lead first-round development of new business scopes and delivery plans.
• Establish delivery standards for the portfolio and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Manage approximately $7.5 million in portfolio revenue.
• Maintain a macro view of resourcing gaps, conduct candidate interviews, and own brand Gantt charts.
• Act as a launch leader with clients, manage vendor relationships, and provide delivery leadership in key meetings.
• Foster prioritization and time management across the team and build people-manager skills.
• Oversee day-to-day task management and collaborate with Client Services on reporting.
• Maintain oversight across financial and reporting tools like OpenAir and PowerBI.
• Develop and review scopes, change orders, and staff plans across more than one brand.
• Lead client-facing finance communications for your assigned portfolio.
• Build cross-functional culture on the brand team.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Workfront, Microsoft 365, and portfolio reporting tools.
• 7 to 8 years of project management experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Healthcare or pharma agency experience.
