EX Squared is hiring a Manager, SMB Sales to lead our sales efforts targeting small-to-medium businesses. You will be responsible for building and executing a strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the SMB segment.
- Lead and manage the SMB sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key SMB clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing an SMB sales team.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be able to work effectively from a home office.
