CSC Generation is looking for a Head of People Operations (US) to own and evolve our people strategy and systems. You will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience as we continue to grow.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and processes
- Lead compliance efforts and ensure adherence to US employment laws
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Analyze people metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement

- Proven experience building and scaling a People/HR function
- Expert knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing HR systems and leveraging people analytics
