As we continue to scale rapidly across Europe and beyond, our People & Culture function plays a critical role in building strong leadership, high-performing teams, and a unified company culture across borders. Skeleton's People & Office department is looking for a driven and experienced Head of People (m/f/x) You will define and execute our data‑driven People & Culture strategy "Top Performer" across multiple locations. You will be as a strategic partner to leaders and a hands‑on HR leader who uses people data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve how we scale. You will further be involved in the following areas: • Lead and develop People, Talent Acquisition and Office teams across locations, ensuring strong collaboration and consistency. • Use people analytics and KPIs to improve performance, engagement and retention. • Translate business needs and HR trends into long-term, insight-led people plans and OKRs. • Drive high-performance culture, employer branding, and change initiatives. • Oversee People Operations, labor relations, employee experience, talent development. • Ensure compliant and lean HR processes. • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers.
