Reach is hiring a Head of Partner Acquisition and Development to lead the sourcing and development of our global partner ecosystem. You will design and scale outbound motions, commercial models, and deal frameworks to drive new partner acquisition and long-term revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage the partner acquisition pipeline across white-label MoR providers, embedded PSPs, subscription platforms, agencies, and ecosystem partners.
- Lead the full deal cycle — sourcing, pitching, commercial modeling, negotiation, and internal alignment.
- Develop scalable BD playbooks for outreach, pitch narratives, pricing structures, and ROI frameworks.
- Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to scope integrations and confirm technical feasibility.
- Expand Reach’s partner footprint across global markets through ecosystem-led strategies.
- Ensure a seamless handoff to Partner Success with clear expectations, integration plans, and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12+ years in strategic partnerships, BD, enterprise sales, or payments infrastructure roles.
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals, often in large GMV ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of payments, MoR structures, compliance, and platform models.
- Strong negotiator and communicator with high executive presence.
- A builder’s mindset—comfortable creating processes, frameworks, and motions from 0→1.
