Responsibilities
- Lead global paid social strategy across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and new digital channels.
- Supervise and develop a team of specialists in media buying, content planning, and community engagement.
- Shape and expand content direction in partnership with Creative teams to produce high-impact, platform-specific content that drives conversions.
- Manage day-to-day operations across social channels, including content scheduling, moderation, ad buying, and campaign adjustments.
- Design comprehensive social media programs that support brand visibility, customer acquisition, and long-term retention.
- Set measurable goals and reporting systems for brand and performance outcomes; monitor results and refine strategies accordingly.
- Lead efforts in community development, influencer collaborations, and cultural engagement to strengthen brand connection and customer commitment.
- Work closely with Creative, CRM, SEO, Product, and Data departments to align messaging and maximize reach across touchpoints.
- Promote innovation by testing new content formats, platform tools, and emerging networks to maintain competitive advantage.
- Serve as the internal expert on social media, delivering strategic guidance and insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.
