Inspyr GmbH, the company behind drink&paint, is hiring a Head of Operations & Strategy (w/m/x) to drive the strategic and operational direction of our growing business. You'll work directly with the founders & CEO and the C-Level team, providing a stage for your entrepreneurial thinking and drive to make an impact as part of an ambitious team revolutionizing the art industry.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the event management team both professionally and organizationally.
- Coordinate the strategic and organizational development of the B2B event segment.
- Develop and optimize internal processes, for example using the organizational tool Notion.
- Identify automation potential and implement suitable workflows to minimize manual tasks.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of scalable process structures for the growing event business.
- Act as an impulse provider for new projects.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a strategy role.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and developing a team, proven by measurable results (e.g., revenue growth, process optimizations, KPIs).
- Analytical thinking with confident handling of KPIs, tools, and budget management.
- A 'Yes, I can do this; leave it to me, I'll take care of it' mentality with a positive, problem-solving orientation.
- High empathy, curiosity, and a strong desire to shape and drive positive change.
- High trustworthiness, reliability, and flexibility.
- A down-to-earth, hands-on, and startup mindset.
