Dreamlines is hiring a Finance Manager Europe / Head of Finance (m/f/x) to lead European finance operations and financial strategy. You will be responsible for the financial health and compliance of our international group, driving process optimization and digital transformation within the finance function.

What You'll Do

Partner cross-functionally with local and global teams to align financial processes and improve efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop the European finance team.
Take full responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
Manage cash forecast for the group globally.
Oversee the audit process and ensure full compliance with tax advisors and auditors.
Drive the implementation and integration of LucaNet for consolidation and reporting.
Ensure accurate group consolidation across all international entities (Germany, UK, Australia, and the Philippines).
Manage the ongoing partnership and performance of the outsourced Shared Service Center (SSC) in Asia.
Lead projects in the finance field, including tax planning and compliance.
Lead process optimization and automation initiatives within the finance function.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in FP&A and month-end closing.
Self-starter, hands-on person who wants to make an impact.
Experience in finance process improvement, digitalization, and automation.
Practical experience in audit management and preparation of statutory financial statements (HGB).
Sound knowledge of SAP (FI, SD, MM).
Excellent communication skills in English and German (business fluent).
Ability to direct group accounting and consolidation teams in an international environment.
Willingness to travel to Hamburg approximately once per month.

Nice to Have

CPA/ACCA or comparable qualification.
IFRS exposure.
