adesso Group is hiring a Head of Operations Management to take overall responsibility for the stable, secure, and highly available operation of the company’s infrastructure and application services. You will ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements while leading teams and planning key operational resources.

What You'll Do

• Assume overall responsibility for the stable, secure, and highly available operation of infrastructure and application services, ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to Operations teams, focusing on personnel development, building high-performance structures, and fostering a performance-oriented culture.
• Plan and control resources, capacities, budgets, and operational processes to guarantee efficient and economical service delivery.
• Ensure service quality, availability, and performance of all platforms, and drive the continuous improvement and standardization of operations and service processes using established frameworks.
• Manage operational customer relationships, conduct service reviews and steering committees, and handle escalations professionally.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success Management, Delivery teams, and corporate management, while actively participating in the strategic development of Operations Management.

What We're Looking For

• A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in IT service or operations management, including operating complex IT infrastructures, platforms, and cloud environments.
• Several years of leadership experience with professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility within an operational IT environment.
• A solid understanding of service management frameworks like ITIL and experience in further developing and optimizing operational processes.
• Proven experience managing service quality, SLA fulfillment, and operational customer relationships.
• An analytical and structured approach, high communication and moderation skills, and negotiation-secure German along with very good English skills.
