Happy Money is looking for a Head of Operations and Revenue to lead the operational and strategic growth of ScraperAPI. You will own the day-to-day company operations, design scalable systems, and use data to drive key decisions. As a core partner to the CEO, you'll turn strategy into execution and serve as the connective tissue across our remote organization.
What You'll Do
- Own and improve the company’s operating model, including planning, execution, and follow-through across all teams.
- Establish, own, and maintain company-wide KPIs, dashboards, and reporting in collaboration with data, finance, and engineering.
- Lead operational and revenue initiatives such as pricing changes, forecasting, and cross-functional process improvements.
- Improve cross-team coordination, ownership, and documentation in a fully remote, async-first environment.
- Act as a trusted operational and analytical partner to the CEO, helping translate strategy into executable plans.
- Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, ambiguous, or cross-functional projects.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in operations, revenue operations, business operations, or general management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with data, metrics, BI dashboards, and operational reporting, including working with imperfect data.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and execute in a fully remote, distributed, low-bureaucracy organization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong analytical thinking paired with a practical, doer mindset and clear written communication skills.
Team & Environment
You will join a fully remote team of 50 people across the globe as part of ScraperAPI, one of the growing brands at saas.group. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates globally, with a preference for those located in Europe.
