Xebia is looking for a Delivery Head to lead and oversee all delivery operations for the MEA region. In this role, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to drive growth, innovation, and ensure successful project execution while maintaining our company values of smart tech, real ownership, and continuous growth.
What You'll Do
- Own delivery governance for the MEA region, ensuring adherence to global standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related topics with key clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with client leadership teams, providing regular updates and identifying opportunities for value addition.
- Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives in collaboration with account managers.
- Drive delivery metrics, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of escalations and maintain high client satisfaction scores.
- Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability for regional delivery operations.
