Ethos is hiring a Regional Sales Director – East

About the Role

Happy Money is looking for a Regional Sales Director – East to own the entire customer journey from demand generation through purchase and product use for our Eastern region. In this remote role reporting to the SVP of Sales, you will lead the sales team and drive revenue growth by leveraging your deep market expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Life Sciences Tools market and competitive products in Next Generation Sequencing.
  • Establish and execute strategies for obtaining new customers and maintaining/growing existing accounts to meet revenue goals.
  • Present versatile solutions during customer negotiations to establish mutually beneficial circumstances.
  • Work with company leaders and the sales team to ensure the East region hits all sales and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing to establish campaigns and design promotional materials.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing field teams through training and onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate sales interactions with Customer Support and Marketing to ensure great end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Manage sales budgets, set quarterly and annual sales goals, and provide detailed sales forecasting.
  • Monitor the market and competitor products and activities.
  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or business-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Sales leadership position in Life Science.
  • Experience with genomics and capital equipment.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally across regions and departments.
  • Strong managerial experience with proven experience building teams and driving revenue.

Nice to Have

  • Graduate degree in a life science or business-related field.
  • Start-up or early-stage company experience.

Team & Environment

You will lead the sales team for the Eastern region and report to the SVP of Sales.

  • Salary range: $190,000 - $200,000

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located in the Eastern Region.
