Ekumen is looking for a Head of Operations to provide strategic, people-centered leadership for our Business Units and Core Functions. As the operational bridge between C-level executives and our teams, you will ensure smooth and efficient operations aligned with our company goals in a global, remote environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and guide Business Units and Core Functions, including People & Culture, Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT.
Define, communicate, and execute the operational strategic plan and goals in coordination with executives.
Establish and track key operational KPIs to assess efficiency and inform decision-making.
Own the Core Functions budget and ensure financial discipline while enabling growth and innovation.
Translate C-level direction into actionable plans, methodologies, and results.
Act as a liaison between operations and Business Units, driving smooth collaboration.
Define policies, processes, and tools that enable effective and compliant operations.
Manage and develop direct and indirect reports, building strong teams and succession pipelines.
Inspire and motivate teams by fostering Ekumen’s values of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Director of Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar senior role in organizational operations.
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a formal people management position.
Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and market analysis.
Ability to think strategically, develop long-term plans, and translate them into actionable execution.
Demonstrated methodical mindset with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics simply and clearly.
Proven experience in fast-growing, multi-entity, or international organizations.
Solid exposure to both technical and business environments.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

MBA or postgraduate studies.
