EX Squared is seeking a Head of Marketing to define and lead our marketing vision and execution. This is a remote role based in Switzerland.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy and plan.
- Lead all marketing functions, including brand, demand generation, and communications.
- Drive market positioning and messaging to effectively reach target audiences.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Build and manage marketing budgets and resources.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Strong background in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a remote environment.
