About the Role
The company seeks a hands-on marketing and growth leader to own strategy, execution, and optimization across channels. This role will shape brand direction, lead acquisition efforts, and develop scalable growth initiatives while working closely with product, sales, and customer teams to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy aligned with company objectives
- Lead all aspects of brand development, positioning, and messaging
- Design and manage multi-channel acquisition campaigns to drive customer growth
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize marketing performance
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches
- Develop lifecycle marketing programs to improve customer retention and engagement
- Oversee content creation, social media, and public relations efforts
- Manage agency partners, freelancers, and external vendors
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track marketing ROI
- Lead market research to understand customer behavior and competitive landscape
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing across digital touchpoints
- Optimize conversion funnels from awareness to purchase
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all channels
- Work with sales to align lead generation with revenue goals
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities
- Represent the brand at industry events and public forums
- Stay current with marketing technologies and emerging trends
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining brand integrity
- Improve customer acquisition cost and lifetime value metrics
- Integrate customer feedback into marketing messaging and positioning
