About the Role

Always Friday is hiring a Head of Marketing & Growth to lead our transformation from an outbound-heavy model to building a predictable inbound growth engine. You will establish sharp positioning, craft a compelling narrative, and activate the right channels to build a durable pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Design our core positioning, messaging, unique value proposition, and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all touch-points.
  • Build inbound marketing from 0 → 1, designing and validating the first plays across content, SEO, paid, PR, and partnerships.
  • Own growth experiments: set hypotheses, run rapid test sprints, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
  • Upgrade all commercial collaterals, including our website, decks, and landing pages, to improve conversion.
  • Orchestrate specialist efforts by briefing, selecting, and managing freelancers or agencies to go deep where needed.
  • Report on key metrics, keeping CAC, conversion rates, and overall pipeline health clear and transparent for the team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS or marketplace marketing/growth experience, where you have personally built channels from the ground up.
  • Proven track record in positioning and Go-to-Market projects, with hands-on creation of inbound playbooks.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising (Google & Meta Ads), and the judgment to know when to outsource.
  • A data-driven approach: daily use of attribution models, GA4/Amplitude, and funnel & cohort analysis.
  • A strong bias for action and ownership: you run rapid tests, don't wait for permission, and take full accountability for results.
  • Comfort with a hybrid work model, being regularly on-site in Milano with generous remote-days flexibility.
