AllCare.ai is hiring a Head of Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities

  • Brand: Own AllCare.ai's positioning, narrative, visual identity, and voice.
  • Communications and PR: Own the company's media presence, press strategy, and relationships with healthcare trade press (Modern Healthcare, Becker's, Home Health Care News, McKnight's). Manage crisis communications. Turn milestones into stories.
  • Founder and executive positioning: Make the CEO and leadership team recognized voices in AI-powered senior care through podcasts, keynotes, bylines, LinkedIn thought leadership.
  • Demand generation: Build and run the engine that drives qualified leads to the sales team via paid, organic, partnerships, referrals.
  • Above the line: Run brand campaigns, PR, thought leadership, and category creation work.
  • Below the line: Execute email campaigns, lifecycle marketing, CRM nurture, webinars, sales enablement content, case studies.
  • Digital: Manage website, SEO, paid media, social (LinkedIn-first for B2B), and content marketing.
  • On-ground activations: Lead senior living industry conferences, operator events, facility-level launches, field marketing with BDR team.
  • Portfolio expansion: Extend the marketing playbook to other InVitro companies as they mature and eventually build a supporting team.

Requirements

  • Ability to write a positioning deck, brief reporters, run field activations, and manage email campaigns.
  • Experience building brand and narrative for a technology company.
  • Proven ability to manage media relationships and press strategy.
  • Experience in demand generation across multiple channels (paid, organic, partnerships, referrals).
  • Hands-on execution skills across marketing and communications functions.
  • Ability to report on pipeline contribution, CAC, brand awareness, earned media reach, and campaign ROI.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to sit at the senior leadership table alongside Sales, Operations, and Product.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, senior care, or AI-powered technology sectors.
  • Track record of building marketing functions from scratch.
  • Experience scaling marketing in high-growth startups.
  • Prior work with B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing.

Reports to: CEO

Additional Information

  • Role is onsite in Irvine, California.
  • Position will initially focus on AllCare.ai for the first 12+ months before expanding to other InVitro Capital portfolio companies.
  • Marketing function is considered a peer to Sales, Operations, and Product — not a service function.
