Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the entire marketing function, with a clear focus on lead generation for Sales (currently €400,000+/month)
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the full marketing budget (>€400,000/month)
- Define marketing strategy, priorities, and KPIs across all channels
- Build, lead, and manage the marketing team
- Strategic ownership of media buying & scaling — operational execution in close collaboration with our Performance Marketing team (current ad spend: >€200,000/month)
- Build a clear creative & content strategy including testing frameworks for ads, website, and funnels
- Ultimate responsibility for website copy, customer journey, messaging, and conversion optimization
- Optimize newsletter and email flows
- Develop influencer partnerships and social & content initiatives
- Define strategy, priorities, and KPI frameworks for SEO, social, and personal branding
- Plan and execute GTM strategies
- Primary KPI: qualified leads for our sales team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding €500,000/month (total)
- Deep understanding of KPIs, tracking, and conversion optimization
- Strong instinct for performance-driven creatives and messaging
- Ability to build a team while maintaining a clear willingness to take hands-on responsibility
- High standards around speed, quality, and ownership
