The Head of Marketing will lead the creation of Tandm Systems' marketing function, shaping the brand and driving market awareness for a voice-first AI platform that connects frontline industrial workers with enterprise systems. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who can translate complex technology into compelling ROI narratives for global Operations and Safety executives.
What You'll Do
- Pick the strategy for go-to-market, including decisions on ABM for the C-Suite, content marketing, events, or other paths to revenue
- Build and execute the chosen marketing strategy from scratch
- Write copy for campaigns and marketing materials
- Set up lead-generation processes
- A/B test marketing campaigns
- Launch marketing initiatives, analyze performance data, and iterate based on results
- Pivot strategies if current approaches are not achieving goals
- Lead and coordinate a team of 2–3 internal team members who split time with product and design
- Orchestrate internal resources and external agencies to achieve marketing goals
- Define and position the Tandm brand in the market
- Translate complex AI technology into compelling, high-stakes ROI narratives for global Operations and Safety executives
